Choose Decize if decisions happen in email and nobody goes back to record outcomes, because Decize captures from the inbox and asks owners how it went.
What Notion decision log template is
Notion is a workspace for docs, wikis and databases, priced per member. Its template marketplace includes free decision logs, such as “Decision Log for Teams,” a creator-made template described as a structured log with a high-impact feed and a “Log a Decision” form. You add it to your workspace and adapt it.
