About Decize
A record of judgment, not another record of activity.
Decize exists because organizations remember the conversation around a decision more easily than the decision itself—and almost never preserve whether it worked. We are building the missing loop between what a team chose and what it learned.
Why it exists
Most organizations save everything except the part they need later.
Minutes, tickets, and message history preserve activity. Decize preserves the compact decision frame that makes later accountability and learning possible.

Preserve the call, not the meeting
Discussion is useful while a decision is being made. Afterward, a team needs the decision itself: the owner, the expected outcome, the deadline, what happened, and the lesson worth carrying forward.

Follow judgment to its outcome
A log that stops at “decided” becomes an archive. Decize keeps asking what happened, compares the result with what the team expected, and brings that evidence back when a similar call appears.

Keep analysis about the organization
Decize is designed for shared learning, not employee ranking. It does not publish per-person decision scores, and aggregate rates stay blank until enough records exist to keep them meaningful.
How we substantiate the site
Claims should have somewhere to go.
We separate product facts, real evidence, and illustrative explanation so a reader—or an answer engine—can tell which is which.

Our public decision ledger contains decisions made while building Decize, including the ones that failed or were reversed. Its totals are calculated from the same records the page displays.

The worked example explains the full record without presenting fictional people or outcomes as customer evidence. Decize currently has no customer logos or paying customers to name.

Where the product is today
Early, usable, and explicit about the gap.
Decize is in beta. Email capture is live, and the core loop—capture, ownership, outcome, retrospective, and precedent recall—is the product we are bringing to early workspaces now.
We do not claim SOC 2 certification, a completed penetration test, or a customer roster we do not have. The current controls and limits are documented on the security page and the providers that process data are listed in the privacy policy.
If those limits rule Decize out for your environment, that is useful information. If they do not, the fastest evaluation is still one real decision—not a demo call.
