Terms of Service

The service

Decize is an organization decision system for capturing decisions, ownership, approvals, outcomes, and lessons, with AI-assisted analysis. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Organizations and accounts

You must be authorized to act for every workspace you create or manage. Keep account credentials secure, provide accurate membership information, and notify support@decize.app if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspace owners are responsible for granting and removing member access.

Organization content

As between Decize and the customer organization, the customer retains its rights in the content submitted to its workspace. The customer grants Decize a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service, including the processing described in our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

• Obtain any notices, permissions, or lawful basis needed to submit workplace data.
• Do not submit content you are not authorized to use.
• Do not attempt to access another organization’s workspace or data.
• Do not attack, overload, probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service except where law permits.
• Do not use Decize to violate law or harm another person or organization.

Beta service

Decize is in active development. Features may change or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed. Paid plans are open: pricing is presented before any charge begins, paid plans are billed monthly through Dodo Payments, and a workspace can cancel from its workspace settings at any time. A Free plan remains available, with a monthly allowance of new decisions; once that allowance is used, new decisions are not recorded until the plan changes or the allowance refills at the start of the next calendar month. Decisions already recorded remain readable and are not deleted on any plan.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decize is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Decize and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for organization decisions made using the service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to protect the service or address a violation of these terms. An authorized workspace representative can request workspace deletion by contacting support@decize.app.
