What Confluence DACI decision template is
DACI is Atlassian’s decision-making framework: a Driver, one Approver, Contributors and the Informed. Its free Confluence template records status, impact, the DACI roles, a due date and the outcome, with sections for background, options considered and action items. The matching Team Playbook play runs about 60 minutes with three to six people.
